I’m Alicia Kelly, an Art Director and design leader with over 20 years of experience creating thoughtful, story-driven visual work across media, entertainment, and global brands.

My work lives at the intersection of creative direction and design systems, where ideas are not only beautiful, but built to scale. I’m passionate about crafting visual identities that feel cohesive, intentional, and rooted in storytelling, whether across digital platforms, editorial, or brand experiences.

Throughout my career, I’ve led teams and developed work for brands including Shondaland, Disney, Hasbro, GAP, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, and ORVIS, building creative that balances concept, craft, and consistency. I’ve also discovered a deep passion for leadership, mentoring designers, shaping workflows, and creating environments where strong creative can thrive.

I hold a BFA in Communication Design from Otis College of Art & Design, along with degrees in English Literature and Fine Art from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
